Final Sale Items
All discounted, promotional, and accessory items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns for Unopened and Undamaged Items
All returns must be unopened and undamaged. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date. Postage is not provided for returned items.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and processed, a $3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Items
Opened items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
International Orders
Shine Nutrition does not accept returns on international orders. However, our customer service team is available to assist with any questions or concerns.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery accordingly.
You may modify your subscription at any time. Cancellations are allowed after completing two billing cycles. You can also choose to swap products, adjust delivery frequency, or pause your subscription. Simply log in to your account to manage your subscription settings.
